By accessing and using the tradingtipsforyou.com website (“Service”), a service provided by FinPubMAX Network, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”).
FinPubMAX Network reserves the right to update and modify the Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. New features that enhance or augment the existing Service, including the introduction of new tools and resources, will also be subject to these Terms of Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
When making a purchase, customers agree to all specified terms and conditions. Customers also consent to be charged for the total amount of their order and acknowledge that any subscription fees related to a purchase are non-refundable and clearly stated at the time of purchase. If these terms are breached, FinPubMAX Network reserves the right to terminate the service without refund.
Account Terms:
- Users must be 18 years or older to utilize the Service.
- Only human-operated accounts are permissible; accounts created via automated methods, such as “bots,” are prohibited.
- A valid email address and any other necessary information must be provided to complete the registration process.
- Each login must be used by one individual only; sharing a single login among multiple users is not allowed.
- Reselling or redistributing our signals or tools is strictly forbidden.
- Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account and password. FinPubMAX Network is not liable for losses or damages resulting from failure to maintain account security.
- Users are liable for all activities that occur under their account.
- The Service must not be used for any illegal or unauthorized purposes, and users must not violate any laws in their jurisdiction, including copyright laws.
Payment, Refunds, Upgrading, and Downgrading Terms:
- A valid credit card or PayPal account is required for paid accounts. Free accounts may also require a credit card or PayPal account.
- Membership activations are non-refundable unless specified otherwise.
Refund Policy:
“Our commitment to your success is unwavering. If you are unsatisfied with the results, our support team will work directly with you to help you achieve better outcomes. For a refund eligibility, you must use the system for a minimum of 30 documented trades sent to our team for review. After receiving coaching and making the recommended adjustments, if you still find the results unsatisfactory, you are entitled to a full refund. We ask for your commitment to the process as we are to your success.”
Behaviors that Void Warranty and Refund:
Inappropriate behavior, slander, or threats directed at FinPubMAX Network will disqualify clients from any warranty or refund eligibility. Additionally, initiating a fraudulent or unjustified chargeback will void any existing warranty or refund entitlements. Once an invalid chargeback is initiated, customers forfeit their rights to any potential refunds or warranties.
If a refund is approved, FinPubMAX Network will process the refund within 12 months from the agreed date.
Indicator Subscription Terms:
Subscriptions may be canceled at any time without penalty by emailing a cancellation request to [email protected] and obtaining confirmation from the support team. It is the customer’s responsibility to cancel the subscription in a timely manner to avoid charges for the subsequent period. Once a subscription fee is processed, it is non-refundable as subscriptions provide access to training and intellectual property, which cannot be returned.
